The infrastructure that is available in today’s ecosystem allows virtually any organization of any size to have a local presence in many countries around the world. With careful planning and minimal investment, a small operation can deliver the product and services it offers in these countries with hosted communications solutions that can’t be differentiated from local physical installations. As more countries upgrade their broadband infrastructure, businesses in other parts of the world are gaining localized access to these markets. The new partnership between Telinta and Voxbone (News - Alert) will further simplify the process by automating the provisioning of direct inward dialing (DIDs) for VoIP service providers.

As a global cloud-based white label VoIP switching and billing solutions provider, Telinta will be using its hosted Softswitch platform with an upgraded integration of the Voxbone API so VoIP service providers can have better access to Voxbone DIDs. With this integration, the same hosted platform they use to manage key functions for switching, billing and customer management will allow them to access their Voxbone DIDs.

The new Virtual Office solution from Telinta is going to give the end users of the service providers the capability to stockpile as many DIDs as they need so they can have a larger presence with their own telecom solution in the cloud. End users can choose customizable options as part of the communications platform, such as auto-attendant voice mail, call forwarding, music on hold, and more through the company’s TeliCore platform. As a cloud-based Class 4 and Class 5 softswitch platform, TeliCore brings together the solutions Telinta offers to give VoIP service providers world-class switching and billing capabilities from PortaSwitch.

“Telinta understands that our customers and their resellers require innovative cloud-based solutions to better meet the unique needs of their end users,” said Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta. “Telinta customers can empower end users to build their own custom-tailored solution in the Cloud, including high-quality Voxbone DIDs from around the world.”

For its part Voxbone brings a global presence capable of delivering high-quality inbound communications in more than 55 countries and over 8,000 cities. The geographically-independent telephone numbers the company provides links together cloud communications networks and traditional PSTN and mobile networks to deliver the local presence many companies are looking for.

The full portfolio of white label solutions Telinta offers VoIP service providers is designed to eliminate the complexities and limitations of traditional communication models. It has a highly customizable platform that allows ITSPs and their resellers to easily implement carrier grade solutions. This includes wholesale VoIP, hosted PBX (News - Alert), call centers, audio conferencing, business and residential VoIP, calling card, mobile, callback as well as other VoIP services.

“Voxbone believes in a world where ordering and configuring telecom services is as simple as buying any other service online,” said Hugh Goldstein (News - Alert), VP Strategic Alliances at Voxbone. “Enabling customers to access Voxbone DIDs via Telinta’s cloud-based platform supports our mission to simplify telecommunications by bringing local voice services to the Cloud.”

The information and communications technologies (ICTs) available to businesses today has redefined globalization by making many of the markets in the world easily accessible. The new partnership between Telinta and Voxbone will give VoIP service providers solutions they can use to increase the presence of their customers to more than 8,000 cities; options which were only available to large enterprises not that long ago.
