8x8 Expands Asia Pacific Presence with CSG Partnership

As enterprises continue to integrate more communications technologies into the corporate IT infrastructure, unified communications (UC) is being used to bring everything together. This is a market that is seeing increased adoption around the world, and 8x8 (News - Alert), a global provider of cloud-based unified communications and contact center solutions, announced it is expanding its presence in the Asia Pacific region by entering into a partnership with CSG. Under this arrangement, CSG will serve as a channel partner for 8x8 with access to enterprise cloud communications solutions, including its award-winning Virtual Office and Virtual Contact Center solutions.


By bringing CSG into the fold, 8x8 will gain access to an organization that has a considerable presence in Australia and New Zealand. This includes in excess of 15,000 customers in both countries supplying small-to-medium businesses, large enterprises and governments with managed technology, print and innovative cloud solutions.

The 8x8 Virtual Office/Virtual Contact Center solution will be a valuable service for this market as more companies continue to upgrade their office communications solutions and customer service platforms.

The partnership between CSG and 8x8 means companies in Australia and New Zealand will be able to access this technology.
