Having a good product or service is just the beginning of establishing and growing a business. The customers you are trying to address must be aware of what you are providing, otherwise you will eventually go out of business. TBI, one of the largest Master Agents serving more than 2,000 agents in the country specializes in companies that deliver voice, Internet, data, mobility, cloud and managed services. Broadview Networks (News - Alert), a provider of cloud-based communications and information technology services, announced it has entered into a partnership with TBI in order to leverage its resources and increase its customer base.

The partnership with TBI will give Broadview a network of agents around the country that will familiarize customers with its line of products.

“We are excited to be working with TBI and its hundreds of technology providers nationwide,” said Mario DeRiggi, Broadview’s Executive Vice President. “TBI’s commitment to service and helping businesses grow through the use of technology perfectly aligns with our offering of cloud-based services and corporate mission.”

The OfficeSuite cloud-based product from Broadview offers small and medium-sized business and enterprise customers a range of communications services with high levels of availability, security, business continuity and better price points than on-premises solutions.

The TBI agents will be able to sell Broadview’s entire OfficeSuite portfolio of services including:

  • OfficeSuite Phone (News - Alert), an award-wining, cloud-based unified communications system,
  • OfficeSuite HD Meeting, a cloud meeting service that unifies high-definition video and audio conferencing, online meetings and collaboration into one platform,
  • OfficeSuite hosted email services, including Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange and Open-Xchange packages, and
  • OfficeSuite Private Cloud services for virtualized datacenter technology.

The Broadview hosted phone system is trusted by more than 200,000 business people around the country every day. The company’s OfficeSuite platform unifies the communications solutions of businesses in the cloud and lets them manage mobile, phones, online fax service, HD video, audio and Web conferencing, toll-free phone number and service, as well as Internet access and multi-site data networking options.

“The OfficeSuite Portfolio of cloud products and services is unique cloud technology that is easy to use and allows our partners to grow with their customers,” said Ken Mercer, Vice President of TBI. “Broadview has a reputation for delivering a superior product and customer experience. We are so pleased to be partnering with one of the best.”
