A Three-Peat for Crexendo's Cloud Business Phone System

Winning the same award, three years running, is no mean feat. That's just what Crexendo has done, landing the 2015 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award for its line of cloud business phone systems.

Crexendo's chief executive officer, Steven G. Mihaylo, offered up some insight to the three-peat, noting that the company is clearly committed to “excellence in products and service,” while at the same time bringing forth “top-of-the-line solutions for small to enterprise customers while at the same time saving . . . customers substantial amounts of money.”

Crexendo backs that up with a host of functions as part of its cloud-based phone service, starting with simple things like hunt groups and find-me-follow-me systems, to working up to auto attendants, a conference bridge for up to 10 users, and call monitoring systems. But that's just for starters; there are a host of other options available, and for pretty staggering prices.

In addition to making several different package deals immediately available, Crexendo also offers custom quote options. The Virtual Office Basic system, for example, runs $19.95 per month per extensions, and while phones aren't included, quite a bit else is. One local telephone number, with unlimited local and long distance calling (with some restrictions applying), and a host of extra features all comes at that level, which is great for the smaller office.

TMC's CEO, Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), offered up some comment on why Crexendo won the award three times running:

“I want to congratulate Crexendo for being honored with an INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award for innovation in IP communications. The Crexendo cloud-based services have demonstrated outstanding quality and has delivered exceptional solutions for its customers.”

With all these features on hand, and at these prices, it's easy to see why Crexendo would be considered a major force for value in the cloud-based phone service ecosystem. That's a combination that should serve as a blueprint for pretty much every other service provider out there, and one that some likely won't be able to match in the end.
