TMC’s (News - Alert) INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine has named VirtualPBX a winner of the 2015 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award.

The company credits its commitment to customers, especially INKIRK Industries, as a reason why it has won again.

“We value every aspect of the customer relationship,” said VirtualPBX CEO Paul Hammond said.

The company was able to help INKIRK offer a comprehensive growth strategy to churches in the U.S. VoIP has come so far that even churches are seriously considering replacing their older phone service with VoIP.

They’re also a prime candidate for hosted virtual PBX (News - Alert) systems like the kind VirtualPBX offers, as small churches lack the kind of specialized, trained IT staff that enterprise businesses do.

While small businesses, nonprofits and churches find hosted cloud solutions appealing because of the ease of maintenance, they’re also sensitive on price. VirtualPBX was able to offer INKIRK a competitive offer of both features and price to fit the company’s budget, which VirtualPBX said demonstrated its commitment to customers.

Even with the award, VirtualPBX is not resting on its laurels. The award is only an invitation to keep innovating and delivering value to customers.

VirtualPBX was also a winner of the INTERNET TELEPHONY TMC Labs Innovation Awards back in July for its Softphone app, which allows phone calls to be routed to Android (News - Alert) and iOS phones as well as desk phone.
