Bandwidth (News - Alert), a provider of a wide range of business and consumer communications services and technologies, recently announced that it has completed certification for its SIP Trunking solutions with the ShoreTel (News - Alert) unified communications (UC) platform.

The ShoreTel platform lets users implement and manage a variety of communications and collaboration services over a single connection to facilitate interoperability and innovation. By achieving compliance with the most current version (14.2) of the platform, Bandwidth is able to give managed service providers (MSPs) access to SIP functionality through its own Tier 1 network while maintaining compatibility and integration with other ShoreTel-certified products, ensuring these MSPs can maximize their reach with a widening user base. The expanded integration options for UC services through Bandwidth results in a more agile and streamlined process that enables the most effective collaboration capabilities currently available on the market.

This straightforward approach to information dissemination ensures each service achieves maximum compatibility.
