Metaswitch Networks has announced that more and more service providers are choosing Metaswitch technology for SIP trunking. The multi-featured and highly interoperable MetaSphere platform has attracted a number of carriers including Birch, LightBound and Fibernetics.

 

Equipped with multifarious features including voicemail, auto-attendant, find me follow me, and conferencing services, the Metaswitch Business IP Trunking solution interoperates with a host of IP-PBX (News - Alert) products.

Fibernetics, the fastest growing CLEC in Canada, is also offering SIP trunking services to its customers with the help of Metaswitch. Among ISPs, LightBound has been leveraging the solution from Metaswitch to provide enterprise-class VoIP and disaster recovery services to healthcare organizations and enterprises.
