Telecommunications provider PowerNet Global has announced the launch of “SIP Lines á la carte,” a new service that enables business customers to benefit from the feature-rich advancements and savings associated with SIP services.
According to a press release, the new service provides local dial tone/voice lines via IP. These lines are offered individually (á la carte) so that customers can customize the service to accommodate their business needs.
PowerNet Global (News - Alert) officials say that the service provides maximum flexibility and cost savings options to businesses as they will never have to pay for more they need. Further, increasing lines to accommodate growing business is as simple as making a phone call.
“The best thing about this service is its ability to provide local dial tone service in such a convenient manner,” said John Putnam, national sales director at PowerNet Global, in the release. “Unlike many of our competitors, our SIP Lines service allows a business to buy only what they need and they aren’t forced into a package that includes more cost than is necessary to meet their needs.”
In another recent development, product development teams at PowerNet Global have also enhanced PNG’s VersaTrunk SIP Trunking service. This enhancement is done to complement the new SIP Lines á la carte offering, say company officials. VersaTrunk SIP Trunking service now features expanded footprint and improved pricing.
Cincinnati-based PowerNet Global offers voice, data, and SIP solutions to residential and commercial customers nationwide.
Back in June, TMCnet reported that IP phone systems developer Allworx forged a strategic partnership with PowerNet Global Communications. This partnership, according to Jason Beckett, director of sales for Allworx (News - Alert), will benefit customers in the SMB market looking for enterprise quality phone systems at fractions of the price.
Under the terms of the deal, PowerNet Global Communications will verify that Allworx customers will receive the features, services, and voice quality from their combined services and products through extensive process of interoperability testing, company officials said.
