CoreDial, a provider of hosted PBX (News - Alert), VoIP and SIP trunking software and services, announced partnership with ECOMM Networks, a provider of converged voice and data solutions based in the greater Philadelphia region, to offer hosted VoIP and unified communications services powered by CoreDial’s software.
Under the terms of the partnership, “ECOMM will provide private label hosted PBX, VoIP and SIP trunking services to its customers powered by CoreDial’s VoiceAxis software and network services.”
Company officials said Coredial’s VoiceAxis Software and network services enable ECOMM Networks to deliver high quality, high value hosted VoIP and SIP trunking services to new and existing customers throughout the United States.
Coredial’s cost effective, carrier class SIP trunking services will be especially beneficial for customers with existing premise based phone systems. SIP trunking enables a business to pool voice services at the enterprise level, and improve business continuity while realizing considerable cost savings, the company said.
Gary S. Ritacco, Ecomm Networks president, said, “For customers who are ready to take advantage of hosted PBX and VoIP services, ECOMM Networks’ years of experience means we’re ideally suited to help businesses to make the best selections, and maximize the value of these new technologies and services.”
According to Alan Rihm, CoreDial CEO, CoreDial’s VoiceAxis software and network services enables ECOMM Networks to offer current and new customers with services including hosted PBX, VoIP, and SIP trunking services.
Rihm added that the new unified communication services are especially beneficial to businesses with multiple offices and mobile workers. They significantly reduce one time and ongoing costs.
Current ECOMM Networks customers that aren’t ready to upgrade to a new hosted platform will benefit from enterprise wide SIP trunking solutions.
Rihm further said that SIP trunking reduces telecommunications expenses while providing better resiliency and built in disaster recovery capabilities compared to traditional telecommunication services.
In a February announcement, CoreDial announced a similar partnership with Ancero, an IT infrastructure and managed services provider, whereby Ancero will private label CoreDial hosted PBX, VoIP and SIP trunking services to its customers, TMCnet reported.
