Datapulse (News - Alert) announced the launch of Intuition X, a new SIP operator console that integrates with the Avaya Communications Manager for helping businesses to ensure enhanced customer experience.


The company is an Avaya Platinum DevConnect (News - Alert) partner. This initiative was launched as operator and customer service centers serve as the threshold of any business. A customer centric approach is required here in order to create the best impression the first time and also every time, said company sources.

Intuition X has been designed especially to enhance business communications and also provide a more personal touch in call handling. The solution offers organizations optimized functionality features which fully leverage investment in Avaya (News - Alert) Communication Manager technology.

The solution serves to empower a business’s communications as individual calls are processed faster. Also it enables higher call volumes to be handled more efficiently without compromising service standards.

Serving customers as a SIP connected operator console, Intuition X operates in a multimedia environment to deliver multipoint contact and seamless handover of calls. It also features comprehensive presence enabled directory and transparent server failover in order to enhance vital call handling operations and to deliver business continuity.

In a release Trevor Crook, Product Manager at Datapulse said, “Communications is a critical gateway into organizations and Intuition X enables a business to further leverage its Avaya Technology.”
